The staff was extremely kind and considerate, especially Henry, who spoke and contacted me directly regarding my concerns. The company is so customer-centric. The team works so well together and gets the job done no matter what. I love them!
We used comfort moving on a pretty large move into a single family home based off of a flyer in our neighborhood. Mateo, Henry and Junior were a delight to work with and absolutely amazing movers and an extremely fair price. We would recommend them to anyone in Chicago looking to support a local business and looking for lovely, hard working and insured movers. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more seamless move.
I’d been dreading this move after a bad experience in the past, but I kept passing these guys' flyers around the city and took it as a sign—no pun intended! From start to finish, Mateo and Henry went above and beyond to make this move easy for me. They were straightforward, reliable, and took great care with my things. It was a huge relief to simply hand over my key fob and watch them handle everything so smoothly and efficiently. I always prefer supporting local businesses, and Mateo and Henry made me feel like family. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future! Thanks again guys! :)
