I hired these guys to help me get a large elliptical machine out of a third story walk up condo. I underestimated how difficult the job was going to be. It was a complete pain and it took more than an hour. Mateo and Henry were cordial on the phone, cooperative and professional with each other, and fortunately for me, intelligent and thoughtful problem solvers. While my experience was with a smaller job, I’ll be using them in the future for moves of all sizes. Terrific job from these guys.
Mateo was a HUGE help in assisting my partner and I with our move. He helped us load everything in and out very quickly, all while having to go up four flights of stairs in 90 degree weather. Great experience and will definitely use his service again when needed.
Comfort Moving was great! The guys were super nice, helpful, and efficient. We were moving into a new apartment on a 4th floor walkup and they managed it like champs! They got all our items moved and rebuilt in under two hours. Would 1000% recommend to anyone in the area looking for efficient and affordable movers!
Ethan and Henry helped me move into a 4th floor walk-up on a hot and muggy day and were total troopers about it. I've got two heavy dressers, a heavy bed frame, and had 27 boxes, plus a bunch of other random stuff. With just the two of them it took about three hours start to finish. There was good communication from when I first reached out for a quote, to the day-of when they gave me plenty of notice that they were running an hour behind. I would definitely recommend Comfort Moving to anyone who's looking for affordable service and friendly movers!
