These guys are my friends, but helped us move an electric organ up the stairs a few months back and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.

Great guys. Safely moved all of our large items. Extra care was taken for anything delicate. Done withing the quoted time frame with no complications. Can't say enough about how smooth this was compared to any other company.

I was really worried about moving because I have a lot of glass artwork, but these guys made sure it all stayed together! Very professional and serious movers with my items in mind. Couldn’t ask for better

Great experience! Mateo and his team moved heavy furniture carefully and quickly at an amazing rate. They even finished with 10 minutes to spare! We’ll definitely consider for any future moves and continue to recommend them to friends in the city. Thanks!!!

Heavy Lifting, Gentle Touch.

Moving a piano requires more than just muscle; it requires technique and care. We understand the sentimental and financial value of your instrument.

Specialized Equipment

We use piano skids, heavy-duty straps, and ramp systems to ensure a safe move for both the instrument and your floors.

Proper Protection

Every piano is pad-wrapped and shrink-wrapped. We protect keys, pedals, and legs to prevent scratches or damage.

Experienced Crew

Our team knows how to dismantle legs and pedals when necessary and reassemble them perfectly at the new location.

Common Piano Moving Questions

Yes, we recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after the move for the piano to acclimate to the new environment's humidity and temperature before having it tuned.

We use neoprene floor runners, plywood for heavy rolling, and specialized piano dollies with rubber wheels to ensure your hardwood or tile floors remain scratch-free.

Yes, we are experienced in moving uprights up and down stairs. For grand pianos, stairs can be more challenging and depend on the landing size; we will assess this during the quote process.

FAQ

Common Questions

Yes, we carry full liability insurance and specific coverage for high-value items like pianos. Your instrument is protected from start to finish.

We specialize in moving, not tuning. However, we recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after a move for the piano to acclimate to its new environment before having it tuned.

Yes, but it depends on the staircase width and turns. We'll ask for photos or measurements beforehand to ensure a safe move.
FAQ

Common Questions

Yes, we have the equipment and expertise to move everything from spinets and uprights to baby grands and concert grand pianos.

While we take every precaution to move your piano gently, changes in temperature, humidity, and the physical movement often mean a tuning is recommended a few weeks after the move once it settles in the new environment.

It depends on the type of piano and the access (stairs, elevators). Typically, an upright requires 2-3 movers, while a grand piano may require 3-4 specialists.
